This activity is related to all activities concerning the dissemination of the results obtained by the project and to project management.
4.1 DISSEMINATION
Making known to a wide public all major project results Promotion and dissemination of the interim and final results of the project among a large audience of Greek and European citizens, students, universities, Museums and Institutions through the dissemination and distribution of the interim and final outputs created during the project implementation. In particular, the following actions will be carried out as part of this task:
1. Development of a web-site in order to make widely available the experience and lessons gained in the project.
2. Presentation of the results obtained to scholars and heads of Museums through project workshops.
3. Lectures addressed to a public of scholars but also to a non-specialist public, in order to introduce the project features and its scientific contents.
4. Presentation of the virtual Museum and tour in schools through appropriate demonstrations such as touring exhibitions.
5. Dissemination of information about the new professional figure of cultural operator, as characterized by the experience gained in the project, and organization of training initiatives.

To guarantee a wide promotion and dissemination of the interim and final results of the project in Greece and in other EEA countries.

Right positioning of the project within the general research and development attempts of EEA to the maintenance and saving of the cultural heritage. Linking the past and future through deep knowledge of tradition and correct use of innovating media.
4.2 MANAGEMENT
The coordination of all the activities of the project will be carried out by the Coordinator and by the Scientific Responsibles Committee. The Committee, composed of members of every team, will support the managerial Coordinator in the implementation of the following activities:
- Coordination and monitoring of the single activities carried out by all the teams.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the work and activities implementation with respect to the timetable and to the objectives and results to be obtained.
- Organisation and involvement in meetings as scheduled in the project.
- Drawing up of interim and final technical reports.
It will be also implemented an intranet on-line area (accessible to all members of all teams) where to exchange documents and information, in order to facilitate the communication and limit travels. The financial management of the project will be carried out by the Coordinator. Based on CERETETH, the following activities will be performed:
- Administrative and financial management of the project in connection with the EEA’s project officers.
- Drawing up of interim and final and administrative reports.

1. To guarantee and assure the total management of the project and the relationships among the cooperting teams, and with the funding agency-source.
2. To guarantee the administrative and financial management of the project.
